I have set up a live discussion area that provides a place for you to ask questions and have live conversations with each other about the course material and assignments. Over spring break, I am assigning you to start one new topic and reply to one existing topic started by another student in addition to the assigned Live Discussion assignment this week (between March 10 and March 18).  You can also receive two points of extra credit by starting one additional topic and replying to one existing topic. Be sure the posts are at least somewhat related to the course: if you have trouble with any of the assignments, ask a question there; if someone else has asked a question, answer it; if you are working ahead, ask a question or start a discussion about the reading material.
