A number of students from the class attended the Digital Dallas Meetup event on March 21 or the D/FW WordPress Meetup event on March 24 and wrote blog posts about the event for an extra credit activity. For one point of extra credit, you can read two blog posts written by other students and leave a comment on them. It is very important that you read the posts carefully and make specific comments. Each comment must be a minimum of sixty words in length — that’s a solid 2-3 sentences. (You can always write more than that, and hopefully you will find you have lots to say.) Remember to be friendly, say “hello,” and use the original poster’s name: this is an important part of how you will get to know each other in this class.
